In more automated workflows, it can connect application intake with verification, screening, status tracking, follow-ups, and lease generation.

Example

A prospect selects an available apartment, enters employment and landlord-reference details, uploads proof of income and identification, pays the application fee, and later returns to the applicant portal to check whether the leasing team needs more information.
