Instead of relying only on default choices, teams can apply custom ratings to template items, reuse them across multiple items, and keep them available for future work.

Example

During a move-out inspection, an operations team creates custom ratings for appliance condition such as Like new, Minor wear, Repair needed, and Replace. The same ratings can be reused across refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washers to keep inspection results consistent across communities.
