Common HVAC components include air handlers, blowers, ductwork, vents, refrigerant lines, evaporator coils, and outdoor condensing units.

Example

During spring preventive maintenance, a maintenance team inspects each vacant unit’s HVAC system, replaces filters, checks airflow at supply registers, clears debris around outdoor condensing units, and creates work orders for units that are short-cycling or not cooling properly.
