A central maintenance supervisor is a maintenance leader who oversees day-to-day service execution across multiple multifamily properties, teams, or floating technicians. Instead of being assigned to only one site, this role coordinates work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, emergencies, vendors, and quality standards across a broader group of communities. The role may be hybrid or remote for some tasks, but physical repairs still require technicians or contractors to be on site.
