Yes. Any step can carry the providers your community chooses, and residents book from the step. There is no marketplace in the way of the list.
Yes. Each step is required or optional per community, and can be limited to the leases it applies to. Residents never see a step that is not theirs.
Leases, units, move dates and balances come from the PMS you already run. A move is created when a lease is signed or a notice is given, and closed when the keys change hands.
