A community broadcast is a message sent by a property team to many residents at once, such as an announcement, notice, or urgent update. It can be sent to all residents or to selected residents, communities, or groups of communities. Broadcasts may use channels such as SMS, email, app messages, or property-wide audio systems depending on the setup.
Example
A regional manager schedules an email broadcast to residents at three communities about upcoming parking lot resurfacing, while sending a shorter SMS version only to residents in the affected buildings.
