Property Sharing

Property sharing is a setting or workflow for inspection templates that makes a template available across multiple properties or communities. In multifamily operations, it helps teams use the same inspection standard without rebuilding the template separately at each site.

A maintenance team creates one move-out inspection template and shares it with several apartment communities. Each community uses the same checklist, while staff complete inspections for their own units.
