Application approved is the leasing status used when the organization has approved a prospect’s rental application. It marks the point after application review when the team can move the prospect into approval communication, lease steps, and move-in coordination. The approval should reflect the organization’s policy and any legal or compliance requirements tied to applicant review.

A prospect submits an application for Unit 204. After the leasing team reviews the file and approves it, the prospect’s status changes to Application approved, triggering the next steps: sending approval details, preparing the lease, and coordinating move-in requirements.
