Bulk internet and video is a property-level service arrangement where a multifamily community contracts for internet access, and sometimes video service, across many or all homes instead of each resident buying service individually. The cost is often included in rent or community fees, similar to an amenity. These arrangements may be structured as bulk-to-the-unit service, managed Wi-Fi, or a hybrid model.

A 300-unit apartment community negotiates one agreement for high-speed internet in every apartment and Wi-Fi in shared areas such as the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Residents receive the service as part of their monthly community charges rather than setting up a separate retail internet plan before move-in.
