A multifamily operator creates a centralized leasing support team that answers prospect inquiries, schedules tours, and processes applications for several nearby communities. On-site staff still conduct in-person tours and handle property-specific resident needs, while the shared team keeps scheduling and follow-up consistent across the portfolio.
