Multi Award

In multifamily operations, a Multi Award usually refers to an award or recognition program tied to apartment communities, teams, companies, or professionals who manage or support multifamily housing. Award categories may recognize property managers, regional or portfolio managers, assistant managers, maintenance leaders, management companies, or apartment associations. The term can also be confused with procurement “awarding,” where an organization selects a vendor for a quoted project.
