Workflow Automation

Workflow automation is the use of software to move repeatable operational tasks through predefined steps, such as triggering messages, assigning tasks, updating statuses, routing approvals, and logging outcomes. In multifamily operations, it is commonly used for resident communication, maintenance coordination, leasing follow-up, application processing, renewals, and move-out workflows.
